Happy Easter! This Sunday we will be celebrating Easter and Rev. Cherie will continue the Nag Hammadi series. It is based on the profound teachings found in Nag Hammadi, including the best-known “Gospel of Thomas”.The Nag Hammadi library (also known as the "Gnostic Gospels") is a collection of early Christian and Gnostic texts discovered near the Upper Egyptian town of Nag Hammadi in 1945.

This week, Rev. Cherie will explore "Codex 6 - The Secret Book of John."After the resurrection, Jesus appeared to the Apostle John and gave him secret information. The text describes John's grief and bewilderment after Jesus' crucifixon. Jesus the Christ then appears, takes various forms, and after reassuring John all is welll, he gives important information to him.
